Our business is closely monitoring the situation and we are following the health guidance for funeral homes provided by the CDC. WE HAVE MADE SURE THAT WE ARE PREPARED AND AWARE OF ALL RESOURCES AVAILABLE TO OUR CLIENTS.
Coronavirus has the potential to be very serious, but we’re at a time when it can be dealt with better than any other time in history. As we prepare for this season of uncertainty, we are in communication with other third parties such as florists, body removal services, etc. and we make sure everyone is on same page.
The little things we do mean a lot. We will make sure hand sanitizers and the ability to wash hands is available. Direct eye contact, loving words, and a warm smile can be just as meaningful to the family as hugs or handshakes. We will serve our clients as we always have, with dignity and respect and will continue to follow guidelines provided by state and local officials. We are exploring alternative services for our clients and these can be discussed on an individual basis.
